as well as主谓一致的用法是单数形式、复数形式、特殊形式
1、as well as主谓单数形式。
as well as连接的是两个单数名词，那么谓语动词应该用单数形式。例如：My sister, as well as her husband, is coming to the party。
2、as well as主谓复数形式。
