爆炒香辣虾的做法如下:
工具/材料:虾、生姜、大蒜、青红辣椒、西芹、盐、生抽、蚝油、料酒、花椒。
1、新鲜的虾买回来,去掉虾头虾线,用清水冲洗干净,沥干水,用料酒、盐、生姜片腌制15分钟备用。

2、生姜切片,大蒜拍碎,青、红辣椒切丝,西芹切丝,花椒一小把备用。

3、锅内放油烧热,放入生姜片、花椒煸香后捞出不用,再放入虾,大火炸至虾外壳变成金黄色后马上盛出。
