鱼身上肚里放几片姜片。往鱼身上抹些料酒,撒少许盐,口味淡的可以不放,因为蒸熟后还要放蒸鱼豉油。

大葱切成细丝,再切一点红辣椒丝做点缀。没有大葱可以放小香葱。

鱼蒸好后盘子里会蒸出一些水,把蒸出的水倒掉,或者稍微留下一点也可以。

把切好的葱丝和辣椒丝放到鱼身上,再倒入适量的蒸鱼豉油。
喜欢吃辣的可以在鱼身上放干辣椒,或者放少许香菜都可以。

锅里放些油烧热,淋到鱼身上,倒油时不要一个地方倒,尽量把葱丝上面都泼到。
葱丝被油烫过后特别好吃。
