Recently a roporter interviewed an aged man ,the aged man's good habits keeps a health body.THE old man told that he is 96 years old ,he keeps a balanced diet.He has breakfast every morning regularly , eats some fresh fruits and vegetables.He says that he never eat fast food,as hamberge,ice-cream and so on .He think it's not good for healthy.For many years, the most important thing the old man insisted is that he drinks green tea eeryday,he believeres that tea does well in his healthy.The old man says that he climbs moutain three or five times a week, and do some farming work in the field.He almost never suffer a cold and he is healther than those the same aged people.
In my point of view,if you want to keep a health body, you should keep a balanced diet and regular exercise, what's more ,you should insist it, then you will have a long-lived and happy life !
