第一句就是简单的THERE BE 句型。。不用说吧？？呵呵

第二句UNDER THE TREE是地点状语。。。跟at school差不多

第三句可以看作是定语从句省略主语。。
there is a dog which is sitting under the tree
因为主语是狗可以省略
There is a dog sitting under the tree
