咸味腊八粥
按照老底子的风俗,腊八粥是要腊月初七晚上开始做的,洗米、泡果、剥皮、去核,到后半夜开始煮,要用微火炖到第二天清晨,这腊八粥才算熬好。

大米清水淘洗干净,红豆、莲子也洗净,最好提前泡一下(2—3小时)
