1. 排骨先用清水浸泡一小时,中间最好换换水,然后焯水,洗净,放入砂锅里,加入足量的清水,加入葱姜,少许的花椒大料还有白糖炖熟即可

在排骨焯水的时候可以加一点儿红薯淀粉,一是可以使排骨嫩些还有一个就是使排骨变得容易清洗
