打好后的蔬菜泥直接和面,面团揉到光滑,盖上保鲜膜醒面30分钟,

把锅烧热,倒油,放饺子,稍微烧一小会,然后加开水把饺子淹起来(一定要开水),也不要太多,但水不能太少,要不然煎不熟,盖上锅盖大火烧

加水后大火烧,等水快干了,用中火收水,锅可以四周歪烧,收水,听到锅里呲呲的声音,说明水没干。

等水收干了,可以打开锅盖了,慢慢用筷子夹看饺子能不能起有没有结壳,如果结壳了撒上芝麻香葱就可以啦,如果还没有中小火接着再烧
