食材准备:鱼 一尾(大概一斤二两)、料酒少许、姜丝适量、葱几根、红椒丝少许、生抽30克、凉白开20克、白砂糖1克。
步骤——
1、鲈鱼一条。上面铺姜丝。煮开一锅水,水开后放鱼全程开大火蒸7分钟,时间到关火,不要开盖,虚蒸5分钟。
