你似乎是要向一位指定的网友求助，但若不介意，我可以帮一下你。
句子并不可以用since 而是要用 of。除非since 是sense 之误。
那便是sense of security，用 sense 取代了blanket，则合情理了。

另外，句子开头亦有错，应该把 accept 要改为: accepted me "接受了我"。
电影《The Vow》 台词原句是: You accepted me for who I am, not what you want me to be.

而你的句子其它部份正确。
