I would like to talk about when is the right time to have breakfast. And my answer is before leaving home in the morning. Because this is the time that you can enjoy it nicely and focus in it. Some people taking their first meal so hurry that it actually can not be digested in a good way. And that will make them not feel that energy for the most important time during a day. Thus I think before leaving home is the best time for it.
我想谈谈什么时候吃早餐最好，我的答案是早上离开家以前。因为这样那就可以好好享受这顿早饭并且专心于此。有些人吃他们的第一餐时很匆忙所以其实根本没能好好消化，这让他们在一天当中最重要的时刻没那么感到有活力。因此我认为离开家之前时最适合吃早餐的时间。
