两者都可做形容词“生病的,患病的”,但sick既可以做表语,又可以做定语,而ill只能做表语,也就是说短语sick cat和句子the cat is sick/ill都是对的,但ill cat 就是错误的说法。

ILL有的时候是用来骂人的,SICK是生病的。
