学习英语，对Oral Test不知所措。别人都说要背句子，但是我容易今天背了明天就忘了，我该怎么办啊？

不要翻译，问的目的是学习方法和具体技巧。回答的对奖十分，二十分也中。其实单词也是一个问题。一般在路上，街上看到的，印象很深刻，很容易记住。但是要我做阅读，说口语见到的单词，现在记，等会就忘了。我该怎么学习，这里有一段Oral Test的教材：

Judging from the picture ,we can see it is a big mall. Many people are shopping leisureluy. Some are choosing their favorites,while others are just browsing. There is also background music in the mall. All the customers are immersed in the comfortale shopping surroundings .It is said that background music first found its way into factories ,shops and restaurants in the USA to found its way into factoriesl,shops and restaurants in the USA to create apleasant atmosphere in order to increase factory production or raise sales .Nowadays,it is very common to hear music in big malls in china.

Candidate B:
Yes,playing background music is a common practice in the stores .It has apowerful effect on those who hear it. But only light music has an effect on sales. This is probably because shoppers slow down to choose items they would like to buy when they heare slow music.But it is another story in restaurants .Slowmusic mens customers well take longer to eat their meals, which can reduce overall sales. So some restaurant bosses prefer to play faster music to make to customedrs moving.

慢慢看，有点长哈。
首先，单词。
路上见到的单词，你跟它有过一段经历，有可能你在路上查过，或者你在当时见到一些有趣的事情，而且每次最多一两个，所以你对它的记忆特别深。
但是口语课上或者阅读里面的单词，由于你只是听到过解释，没有深入的了解，而且一般量很大，所以到后来你就会想不起来。
因此，如果你想记住单词，你就必须对每个单词都下那么多的心思。
接着，到口语。
唯一的办法，多练。建议你养成习惯，每天起来背一点，可能就先一段，第二天背第二段，如此类推。当所有的段落都背完后，从头再来。直到能全篇背下来为止。
多背书能练习语感，说起话来就顺畅多了。

以下是关于英语学习的建议：
1、背是少不了的，每天背一定数量的单词，至少坚持3天，之后你就会慢慢养成习惯，习惯就好。背也是有技巧的，死背的话非常费力，最好弄个生词本，每天背完后自己遮住中文听写一遍，把错的记在生词本上，第二天背的时候先背生词本里面的词，另外遇到不懂的词也加到本子里面去，这样就可以慢慢把你的词汇量累计起来。此外，如果经济允许，可以买一些有关联记忆的教材，它会教你怎样利用关联记忆记住某个单词。
2、多点查字典，而且越厚越好。字典越厚，对一个单词的解释就越通透，你对它认识越深，就越容易记住它，而且在写作时也用得上，不过最好不要每个词都记那么透，要懂得挑重点，那些专有名词或者少用的知道就行了，动词要特别注意，别全查不然你会疯的。字典的话我当初就两本，一本是《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》，专讲单词意思，另一本是《英语用法词典》，专讲用法。
3、拓展，每天看上面那些东西会苦闷的，可以的话，上网找点乐子，不过，仅限英语。可以是英语的报纸、杂志、新闻，也可以是小游戏（最好是解谜，这样需要读的字比较多），也可以是奇闻（兴趣会大一点）。这样可以让你学到课本以外的东西，写作或者讲的时候就有题材了。
4、多实战，要开口，纸上谈兵对于口语没什么效果的。我有过亲身的经历，你把书读上三四段不如跟同学交流三四句，跟同学交流三四句不如跟外国人谈上一两句，有点扯，不过事实是这样。按部就班的来，读上三四段，然后跟同学交流三四句，最后在地铁公交上跟问路的外国人谈上一两句，久而久之你的英语就脱口而出了。
