In the past "October 1st golden week", my family went to Beijing for a vacation. The train took about 10 hours to arrive Beijing. It was late in the evening when we arrived the hotel.
October 2nd, Saturday was a sunny day. We visited the Great Wall in the morning. There were many visitors that day as it was still a public holiday . Many of the visitors were foreigners. They were very happy in seeing the ancient construction before them.
My father explained to me many historic stories about the Great Wall. We took a lot of photographs for our future memory. We all enjoyed this holiday !
