尊敬国旗、国徽，会唱国歌，升降国旗……”同学们坐在教室里，认真的读着《新小学生日常行为规范》，朗朗的读书声，在校园里回荡。
《新小学生日常行为规范》是根据旧的《小学生日常行为规范》改编的，它从原来的十几条增加到二十条，要求得越来越细致，越来越严格，对小学生的自身要求也越来越高了。
在《新小学生日常行为规范》中，第二条写的是“尊敬父母，关心父母身体健康，主动为家庭做力所能及的是。听从父母长辈的教导，外出或回到家要主动打招呼。”的这样一句话，在现在的家庭中，大多数都是独生子女，认为家长帮自己做事是理所当然的，是父母的责任，只知道衣来伸手，饭来张口的道理，不知道帮助父母干活，父母赚钱不容易，而我们只会去浪费，大手大脚地买东西，从不会珍惜父母用汗水换来的血汗钱，还拿钱向别人炫耀，造成同学之间的攀比，更何况还是父母的血汗钱呢？虽然一元、一角、一分都不值钱，但那是父母的血汗换回来的，父母赚钱是为了什么？还不是为了我们上学，可我们又是怎么做呢？是浪费，是炫耀，是攀比吗？不，我们要帮父母做些我们力所能及的家务事故，多为父母分担点，努力学习，让父母不要那么担心，做个好学生。
记得有一次，我就违反了《新小学生日常行为规范》。去年开学的第一天，我报完名回家，就开口问妈妈要50元钱，妈妈问我为什么，我便告诉她：“妈妈，因为我要去买新的学习用具！”“你不是有一些还有用吗？怎么又要去买新的，何况还要50元？”妈妈说。“我不管，总之给我50元去买学习文具。”“你以为50元钱少啊！”“不就才50元吗！用不着那么大惊小怪啊！”我蛮不讲理的答复到。“什么，才50元？”妈妈似乎有点生气地说到，“你知不知道，50元是妈妈两天的劳务费，妈妈每天干得那么累，才二十多元，你说，我要不要大惊小怪啊？”可我还是胡搅蛮缠下去，没有理的话，偏要说成有理：“两天的劳务费又怎么样！总之就要50元，就要50元！”“妈妈赚这些钱容易啊！一天到晚忙来忙去，哪天不是累得气喘吁吁地回来，你就这么不讲理，还不帮妈妈干活，要你这样的女儿有什么用……”我赶忙回到房间“砰”的一声把房门关上了，不然，我非得被妈妈骂得头破血流。但从那以后，我便主动帮妈妈干活，很少向妈妈要钱了。
读了《新小学生日常行为规范》后，我认为我们应该多为家长做点事，不随便向父母要钱，在校做个好学生，在家做个好孩子，在社会上做个好公民
我们如何来做一个知法、守法的小学生。同学们，你们是祖国的希望和未来，正值花季，你们虽然掌握了一定的生活常识，有了一定的独立意识。但我们还小，年龄特点决定了我们的幼稚、不成熟，还可能会做出一些不该做的事情，甚至因法律意识的淡薄而导致一些违法犯罪现象的发生。有些现象，可能在我们学校也曾经发生过，比如：有的同学在学校里上学的时候，不遵守纪律，不听老师的教育，总爱做一些小偷小摸的事，小到拿别人一支铅笔、一块橡皮，一本本子，大到私自拿同学的钱、甚至高年级的同学敲诈低年级同学，或是凭着自己力气大向身边的同学勒索等等，行为非常恶劣。还有的同学课余或课外爱打架，总之在他们小小的年纪，就已经有了许多劣迹。曾经有人做过统计，在学校爱打架的同学，当他们走出纯洁的校园后，或早或晚，大都走上了犯罪的道路，受到了法律的制裁。他们有的会在监狱被管制，还有的因犯罪情节严重而被执行枪决。他们最后会走上这一步，并不是一步走成的，其实他们就是在学校读书的这个阶段、像你们这个年龄开始一步一步不听家长教育、不听老师教导，渐渐变坏的。我相信，同学们肯定不愿意以他们为榜样的。因此，这的确应该引起我们全校同学的高度重视。
说到法律水平，就一个国家来说，是文明的标志，是经济发展、社会发展的保障。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和不断发展、完善，法制越来越重要的也成为一个人成长所必须掌握的武器，你们今后要立足社会，谋求发展，法律意识是必不可少的。
随着社会的不断发展，各种思潮的涌现，一些不健康的东西也在渐渐地影响到了我们的学生，这些不良因素使我们的同学要变坏真是太容易了。比如网吧、电子游戏厅，对你们的成长就极为不利，大家知道有多少学生因此而荒废学业甚至犯罪吗？据我们的了解，在我们学校就有不少同学在放学后或是双休日进游戏房，一玩就是好几个小时，全然忘记了自己还是一个小学生，忘记了该读的书没读，该做的作业没做，也全然不顾老师和家长苦口婆心地劝导。其实，对于我们这些未成年人来说是决不允许进入这样的场所的。因此，我们有必要学习有关的法律知识，来避免违法犯罪现象的发生。做到不违法、不犯法，用法律武器保护自己不受侵害。
同学们，法律是神圣不可侵犯的，祝愿我们的广大教师和学生一同举起生命的盾牌，学法、知法、懂法、守法、用法，做一个守法的小公民，依靠法律这把双刃剑，平安、健康、茁壮地成长！ 追问高中生！ 遵纪守法！
