5、烫好的面晾到不烫手约30多度;倒入烫好的面中,并揉匀,和成偏硬一点的面团,盖上保鲜膜置于温暖处饬发。

6、两个多小时后,面团涨发就可以蒸了。

7、取45克左右面团,用手按扁,放入一个红豆馅团,如包汤圆手法,慢慢向上收口。

8、收好后捏合收口向下摆入笼屉。
