这四个动词都有“打”的意思，但用法不尽相同：

1.hit表示“有目标地打”，着重“打击”某一点。如：

He hit him on the face．他打了他的脸。

也有“打击，袭击，打中”之意。如：

One of the stones hit the window. 有一块石头打中了窗户。

2.beat表示“连续地打或拍”，有“殴打、击败”之意。如：
