【Abstract】 This paper focuses on the rural social security system in rural areas involved in social assistance, old-age security in rural areas, rural health care, rural social welfare, social security of migrant workers the status of these five aspects of the analysis, these five aspects of the proposed problems, these problems last for a reasonable solution. In the same time improving the existing system, to break the household registration system and the urban-rural dual structure of rural social security system is the key constraints, and step by step to migrant workers and landless peasants into urban social insurance under the social insurance system is a priority. But the ultimate solution to the problem of social security in rural areas throughout the country is unified social security system.
