土豆香菇排骨焖饭
食材:土豆2个、胡萝卜1个、大米350g、排骨500g、干香菇40g、白糖10g。
调料:料酒、蚝油、生抽、老抽、白糖。
做法:
① 酱汁:2勺料酒,3勺生抽,2勺蚝油,2勺老抽,1勺白糖。
② 排骨加姜片冷水下锅,水沸后捞出控干水分,香菇切丁(提前4小时泡发)。
③ 倒入适量油,放入白糖,小火慢熬不断翻动成焦糖色,放入排骨均匀地裹上糖,放姜蒜片炒香,倒入酱汁,倒入一大碗水煮开后小火煮15分钟,放土豆胡萝卜翻炒。
④ 炒好的排骨放入生米中,放入汤汁煮熟(和平时差不多的水位),最后撒上葱花。
Tips :
-出锅后觉得味道淡可以再淋一点酱油。
