i am a foreign student from China,i am really sorry to reply you late for i had a surgery yestoday afternoon.i stayed in a Korea hospital for two days after the accident,and then,my parents bringed me back China for further treatment.the annex includes two certifications,one in chinese and the other is in English as an interpretation.i am really sorry for bring you so much trouble.

I am a student from China....., i am sorry for the late reply, because i had an operation yesterday afternoon, After it , i will stay in a Korean hospital for two days, and my parents will take me back to China for further treatment.
The attachments are two copies of documentary evidence, one is in Chinese, and the other one is in English specially. I am so sorry for the trouble.
