1、已知人均产出y=k^0.5,折旧率δ=8%,人口增长率n=2%,储蓄率s=0.4
稳态条件为sy=(δ+n)k
代入已知,可解得人均资本k=16,人均产出=4,人均消费=(1-0.4)×4=2.4
2、黄金律是能够实现消费最大的稳态资本量。
黄金律条件为y'=(δ+n),即0.5k^-0.5=0.08+0.02,解得k=25

楼主看索洛(Solow)模型吧,照着书上的写,不难的。可以参考Romer的Advanced Macroeconomics,中文的可以参考何樟勇、宋铮《高级宏观经济学》,里面就有个例子,y=k^alpha,这里只要令alpha=0.5就行了。追问
