if 在这个情况跟whether可以互用的，但是whether比较常用，因为if有是否，也有如果的意思，

be sent 一般没有这个说法的，用reach比较简洁直白点

后面那句话是口语化的表达，也是可以的，因为后面那句话的意思有点不够明朗，所以直接用口语化表达也是可以的
