　　Nowadays， being healthy has evolved as a major concern to many. Generally， I do believe that leading a healthy lifestyle is not only a personal matter， which is more of an obligation to one’s own community and the society as a whole.
　　Staying healthy has never been so important since the global outbreak of corona-virus. This is because living a longer life is not something that can be taken for granted anymore. After all， longevity is a common desire to most of the general public， which is shown is the high number of fitness centers and hospitals. Besides， the modern world we live in is undoubtedly stressful， and having the ability to handle stress by working out regularly and eating healthily cannot be emphasized too much. Therefore， I think people should strive to look after themselves simply for their own sake.
　　However， there is an alarming rise in the proportion of adults with unhealthy lifestyles today. Smoking， alcohol misuse， and obesity have substantially increased the risk of developing some of the most debilitating chronic diseases. Many of them understand the importance of healthy ways of living in the prevention of disease and the delay in the deterioration in their health， yet fewer people practice one. It is true that the autonomy of citizens to choose their own lifestyles should not be curtailed. Nevertheless， the pressure caused by irresponsible habits and lifestyles on the healthcare is too big to be negligible. The budget of the government is not unlimited， and the advent of aging society has been accompanied by an increasing demand for medical care. Therefore， it is almost impossible for the government to shoulder the onerous burden imposed by public health. This is especially true in some less developed countries with huge populations. In this case， people should do far more to personally take responsibility for their own health.
　　Overall， I hold the view that the public should take good care of their health for their own welfare and also for the duty for their countries.
　　雅思写作技巧
　　尽量让你的句子长度不一
　　其实这点与雅思写作评分标准中“语法多样性及准确性”这一项相对应，希望大家不要一味追求复杂句式，以为将句子写得越长越复杂就越好。当然如果文章中全是简单句，你的分数也不会高。学会将简单句与复杂句相结合，让你的句子长度不一，显得自然流畅，才是雅思写作高分的正确打开方式。
　　记住单词的固定搭配
　　无论在雅思哪一科，词汇量都是很重要的。但是单词除了背得多，还要用得准，这在雅思写作中尤其重要。如果你光是记住单词的意思，却不知道它应该放在什么语境下、和什么词汇搭配使用，那你记得再多单词也没用。
　　千万不要用缩写
　　缩写也是雅思写作中一大禁忌，这个常出现在雅思小白身上，可能我们在国内的英语考试中已经习惯用缩写，也没意识到这是一个问题。但在雅思写作中，一定要将每个单词都完整写出来，比如“don＇t”要写成“do not”，“It＇s”要写成“It is”。

　　开头也有说到，雅思写作作为一种书面表达，大家一定不要将一些不正式的、口语化的用语放进去。比如在口语中常见的really，so，a lot和very等表达，大家尽量避免出现在雅思写作中。
　　避免使用There is/are
　　在雅思大作文中，为显示观点的客观性，很多同学在举例时都会使用“There is”或“There are”作为句子开头。这种用法虽然客观，但对于论证你的观点而言，反而显得不够直接和强烈。
　　所以如果是在观点论证，不如直接将例子摆出，去掉“There is”或者“There are”。
　　雅思写作评分标准
　　小作文从客观性（Objectivity），准确性（Accuracy），关键性（Key Features），以及语法点（Grammar）四方面评分，各占25%。
　　在TASK 1中，首先要求至少150个单词，然后总结、描述表格，并且对比相关信息。
　　清晰的概述：总述数据趋势，一定要提炼最明显的趋势或特征。
　　数据特点：找到数据特点（千万不要遗漏特点哦），添加适当的细节。
　　数据描述：准确描述趋势和过程。
