Hello Survivor,
Thank you for writing to PUBG Support.
We understand that you have had your account hacked and even though you have gotten it back, it has been banned due to violating the terms and services of the game.
We will be able to assist in this case for ONE time if we are able to verify the issue and receive consent from you. In order to get the process started, please check below and reply back with the following:
1) Your Game Nickname.
2) Date the account was lost / Date the account was regained.
3). Agreement that we will only be able to help with this account ONE time ( Yes / No )
* Assistance will be difficult if No is selected *
4). Provide the Steam Profile URL (for account verification)
Please know that every user would have a 17 digit Steam ID. Here is how to find your Steam ID -
- Open up your Steam client and choose View, then click Settings
- Choose Interface and check the box that reads, "Display Steam URL address when available"
- Click OK
- Now click on your Steam Profile Name and select View Profile
Your SteamID will be listed in the URL at the top left (it's the really long number at the end.) If you have a custom URL, the number will not be listed. In that case, just give us the entire URL.
* All of the 4 information must be provided. We won’t be able to assist without all correct information provided.
Once we received the information, we will be able to process the issue with Steam and proceed to return the account to you. Please allow up to a week for processing.
If the account or issue is not verified, the status of the account will not change.

My account was stolen by someone, and I changed my password. After a while, my account was banned.
I hope customer service can help me lift the ban. I will protect my account later.
