2015年我国高校毕业生已达到749万人，与十年前相比增长了220%。不难看出，我国就业形势越来越严峻，学生就业压力越来越大。就业难，专业不对口，成为我国就业之难题。国家也对大学生自主创业进行了推荐和支持，然而我国就业形势并没有改观。
据《2014典范企业人才招聘状况报告》显示，虽然2014著名企业在市场上的收入平均增长了23.4%，招聘规模达到38万人，每家企业招聘683位应届大学生，和2013年的606人增多了12.8%。但是2015年毕业生人数是高校毕业生人数最多的一年，高达749万，再加上去年未就业的大学生，可见2015年大学生的就业形势非常严峻。针对这一问题，本小组进行深入调查与研究，经过不断设计与完善，推出了工作一点通的系统。
工作一点通系统，是基于asp.net技术的在线求职招聘系统，运用visual studio 2010作为开发工具，运用sql数据库，使用c#语言进行开发。该系统界面简洁，操作简单且维护方便。

In 2015, there are already 749 million college students graduated, which is an increase of 220% as compared to a decade ago, in the number of graduates. It is not difficult to tell that as China's unemployment rate severed, the pressure of finding a job on graduates also increases. Hard to apply for jobs as course counterparts with it, are the main problem of unemployment. Although, government are encouraging freshman to start their own businesses, but, hardly any significate changes are made to the employment situation in our country.
According to "2014 model enterprise recruitment status report", although in 2014, there were a growth of an average of 23.4% for famous enterprises in the market, recruitment number reached 380,000 and each company were hiring 683 graduating students, an increase of 12.8% compare to 2013. However, as this year, the number of graduates is the largest over the year up to 7.49 million, plus those unemployed college students last year, the employment situation is not going to be any better for them.
To solve this problem, our team conducted investigation and research, and eventually came out with "工作一点通”system, after several planning and modification.
It is a system based on asp.net, an online job recruitment system, using visual studio 2010 as a development tool and sql as database, c # language for development. The system is mean to be simple in interface, easy in operation and maintenance.
