辨析
“脱颖而出”和“锋芒毕露”都可形容人才能全部暴露。“脱颖而出”偏重于“出”，即显露，指原来显得并不突出，被重用之后才显露才能；而“锋芒毕露”偏重于“毕露”，即才能完全显露。 ◎改革开放以来，不少有才华的青年脱颖而出。
◎人生活在世上，好像锥子放在布囊中，只要有机会，总会脱颖而出。
