你面试护士最好说一下和护士有关的方面
护士一般都是照顾病人什么的
参加过两次应聘，没有成功，但我总结出了失败的原因。
第一，我很紧张，面对一排严肃的评委，紧张得把自己开始想好的一串台词都忘了
第二，准备不充分
其实，在面试的时候首先要自信，找一个能够让你自己的东西。比如，你长得很漂亮或很帅，或者你今天打扮很好，或者你知识很广泛，或者你的笑容很甜美，这些就是你的此时自信的资本。其次在你面试之前一定要对你所面试的公司有所了解，并了解一些公司招聘一般会问的问题，私下做好准备。最后就是面带微笑回答所有的提问，即使有你觉得很难回答或不知道怎么回答的，你要诚恳的说出你此时的想法，并表示出你下来会去查查或认真思考的话。千万不要每次都是一句“对不起，我不知道”。尽量多说，但要适可而止，也不要罗嗦得别人都不敢提问了。

3：面试应注意的问题：
首先要做好准备工作
(比如个人资料,服装,妆容
)
充分的准备可以减轻你的紧张情绪,然后
当你走进面试房间时,记住
抬头、挺胸、面带微笑！
4：要有充分的自信：
有什么好紧张的，别忘了现在是双向选择的社会，医院在面试你的同时，你也在观察他们，如果护理部的人态度和蔼亲切，彬彬有礼，那这家医院还可以考虑考虑；如果主任成天板着个脸，面试你的时候还接待其他的人或者打私人电话，估计这个医院也不会好到哪里去~~！
记得一点：现在到处都缺护士，你对他们来说是黄金~~！我的一个同学以前想去一家大医院想疯了，自己拿着简历跑到护理部，结果才进去30秒钟就被“赶”出来了。现在呢？这家医院还打电话叫她去面试，后来那天去面试的20几个人全通过了~！所以没什么好紧张的，表现的自信从容就是最好的。
