The contract has been received and thanks to you and OTC for your help. But we found out that the signing date of this contract is different in Chinese version and English version. We are not sure whether NCT can accept or not. So please find the enclosed contract sent by Jimmy yesterday and please sign it again. We are sorry for troubling you again!
In addition, the attached payment document also needs you signature (the signing person must be the same person who signed the contract). NCT needs to upload the payment documents to their system before making payment. We have asked our financial colleagues checking the payment documents and they are the correct ones.

The other attachment is OCT payment information, also need you to sign (the signatory and contract signature if the same person).NCT need to upload the payment information to their system before payment.We welcome our financial confirm the payment information is correct

Hello. We have received the contract. Thank you and OTC for your help. We find the contract with your signature has two different dates of signment in Chinese and English. We are not sure whether NCT will accept it. Attached is the contract Jimmy sent you by email yesterday. Kindly sign it again. I'm sorry for the trouble caused by our carelessness.
Another attachment is the payment material of OCT, and also needs your signature(It must be signed by the same person who signs the contract.). NCT will pay after the payment material is input into their system. We have asked our financial department to check the payment material is correct.
I'm sorry again that we have trouble you a lot because of the NCT order.

Dear Kevin，
Thanks for your help with OTC matters. The contract has been received already. However, during thr checking it is found that the date of signing in English and in Chinese are different in the contract. It is not sure if this is acceptable for NCT.
Please find the contract sent to you yesterday by Jimmy and resign again. Sorry for the trouble this matter cause you.
Another attachment file is payment terms which also need your signiture(the signitures on payment terms and the contract must come from the same person). NTC can not pay up until the payment terms is uploaded to their system. The payment terms has been confirmed by our financing team.
Again, sorry for all the trouble caused by NTC's orders.
