As we konw ,we need to be healthy ,only then we could concentrate more on our study and life .Of course it is really important to have breakfast.Let me tell you why.
Have breakfast can make us have enough energy to study or play sports in the morning.If we do not eat breakfast ,we will be too hungry to listen to teachers.It might infiuence our studies .What's more ,we will be weak if we don't eat breakfast for a long time,we can get sick easily.
