there are lots of reports about the moral phenomenon that people refuse to help while they meet others falling on the ground.Some people even gather and watch ,taking photos of them and post the photos onto the internet just for fun.
As far as i am concerned,the reasons of these social phenomenon are as below.
Firstly,most people don't want to be involved to the issues that have no relation with them.Secondly,there are also lots of reports about that there are some people pretending to fall on to the ground and the people who wants to help gets extortion.
