正态分布的特性:横轴区间(μ-σ,μ+σ)内的面积为68%

所以(0,μ+σ)内的面积 = 50% + 68%/2 = 50%+34%=84%
所以 75分=μ+σ 也就是 75分=65分+σ
所以 σ=75-65 = 10
