申请加拿大的本科，document list 里面说的会考成绩和毕业证书的notarized copy 是什么意思？
大家帮帮忙啊，我收到的document list中原话是A certified or notarized copy of your Graduation Examination results 底下还有English translations of the documents must also be provided.这个意思是我到公证处做完成绩单公证后，自己翻译成英文寄出去就行了，还是公证处要帮我公证英文版的？？
