Take breakfast unfavorable to health is easy and tired, will influence and study, it is a bad habit, I propose breakfast needs to have enough, can eat the bread, food such as milk, the egg, there is eating habit of health that is favorable to our health

Not eating breakfast is bad for health.If you don't have breakfast,you'll feel tired,your study will be worse.It's a bad habit.I think you should eat enough breakfast,you can eat bread,eggs and drink milk,and etc.To have good eating habits is good for our health.

Not being interfered with one's study detrimental to one's health , easy to become fagged , to be going to be by breakfast, is not good habit , I suggest that breakfast needs food such as being full , being able to eat bread , milk , egg , just now beneficial to having healthy dietary habit our health
