Students interested in applying to the Duke-NUS Medical School for the 2009 academic year may begin submitting their applications online at any time before 1 December 2008. Upon successful online submission of the application form, an acknowledgement screen will be displayed. Please print a copy of the acknowledgment for future reference.
In addition to completing the online application by 1 December 2008, applicants should subsequently submit the following:
Official transcripts (undergraduate and/or graduate) directly to the Duke-NUS by your university
MCAT scores directly to the Duke-NUS by AAMC at your request
3 – 5 recommendation letters from your mentors directly to the Duke-NUS

新加坡国立大学（National University of Singapore），简称国大（NUS），是新加坡首屈一指的世界级顶尖大学，为东亚AACSB认证成员、东亚EQUIS认证成员、国际研究型大学联盟成员、Universitas 21 大学联盟成员、环太平洋大学协会成员，在工程、生命科学及生物医学、社会科学及自然科学等领域的研究享有世界盛名。
新加坡国立大学前身为1905年成立的海峡殖民地与马来亚联邦政府医学院；1912年，该校改名为爱德华七世医科学校。1928年，莱佛士学院成立。1949年，爱德华七世医学院与莱佛士学院合并为马来亚大学。1955年，新加坡华人社团组织创立了南洋大学。1962年，马来亚大学位于新加坡的校区独立为新加坡大学。1980年，新加坡大学和南洋大学合并，校名定为新加坡国立大学。
根据2015年4月学校官网显示，学校建有肯特岗、武吉知马和欧南园3个校区；设有16所学院，包括一所音乐学院；有教学人员2374人，在校学生37972人，其中本科生27975人、研究生9997人。
